Vineyard historically called “Ghè”, located in the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba at an altitude of 380 mt of which we have the monopoly.
Calcareous and sandy with a percentage of clay and iron.

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press. Fermentation with daily pumping over. The maceration lasts 12-16 days in steel tanks thermoregulated with an automatic system of pumping over and fulling
After Malo-lactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels of 400 litri for 30 months.
After the necessary refining in barrel, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 24/30 months and then, after a total of five year, it is put on the market and obtained the mention “Riserva”.
